WHAT I DO:
I am a different kind of Executive Coach because I believe that we all need to step out of knowing and into prototyping our careers. I am straight forward without being abrasive. Leadership roadblocks are expected, but Leadership redesign must be a choice. We research ideas, thoughts, and processes to acquire knowledge on the topics we are working on, but rarely integrate the information. I encourage my clients to action the ideas and start building the vision.
I work with professionals to discover their perfect equation for exponential growth: working within a corporate culture + a deep-rooted passion for personal transformation = an engaged and high performing employee. My clients unlock their leadership by understanding that the leader is the person in the moment that is aware of their attitude and the variables in a room. Anyone can be a leader by checking in with themselves and deciding who they will influence in the moment.
WHO I DO IT FOR:
I am the strategic thinking partner for Executives that are successful on the Golden Hamster Wheel, but a 5%-10% shift is needed. My leaders possess unrecognized and underutilized skills around language and connection. I work with their unique business acumen. I focus on results and the scoreboard while shifting leaders from command and control to coach and teacher. My clients learn to be all-in, all the time.

My strength is in the restructure. I support my clients in expanding their capacity to succeed by using people skills. I am an expert in designing structure and order to help you achieve your optimal results.
