INFP leaders energize people and groups into action. INFPs lead by values and treat individuals as people regardless if employee or boss. They are goals driven and enjoy helping people achieve by keeping their eyes on the horizon. INFP’s are curious, concerned and seek harmony. INFP types focus on finding common denominators in group settings, by highlighting shared values.

The purpose of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) personality inventory is to make the theory of psychological types understandable and useful in people’s lives. The essence of the theory is that the seemingly random variation in people’s behavior is actually quite orderly and consistent, due to basic differences in the ways individuals prefer to use their perception and judgment.
